Self Exclusion

Self-exclusions are available on Rollbit. You can visit the exclusions page for exclusions up to 21 days. If you would like to be excluded for longer than 21 days you can contact our support team who will assist you.

Please note:
- This disables your Rollbit account entirely (including non-gambling features)
- It is prohibited to create or access another Rollbit account while you're self-excluded. If you're found to do so, this can result in permanent bans for all your accounts.
- Rollbit will not be held liable for any losses or damages which occurred as a result of circumventing our self-exclusion program. Losses during this period will not be refunded.
- If you have a gambling problem, you should make this clear to Rollbit support so they can take the most appropriate action to block your access to Rollbit.

Account Limits

You can set Deposit or Loss limits on the Exclusions page. You set your limit and select a time period for this limit to be in place. If you exceed your limits during this period you will not be able to use Casino, Trading, Sportsbook, or Rollbots & RLB functionality until the limit expires.

Please note:

- Hitting a limit will disable Casino, Trading, Sportsbook, and Rollbots & RLB functionality until the limit expires.

- Setting a limit cannot be undone, even by Rollbit support.

- Circumventing limits on another account will result in all of your accounts being permanently excluded.

If you feel like your gambling is out of control, we'd recommend checking out GambleAware and Gamban.
