We highly recommend adding 2FA to your account to protect it. To do this you need to head to your Settings page and scroll down to 2FA.

You can then click the "Enable 2FA" button.

Hint: If you log in via Steam, Twitch or MetaMask you will need to set a password and email to log in with 2FA enabled.

You will then get a prompt with on screen instructions. Ensure you save your account token somewhere safe and secure as you will need this if you lose access to your device!

You then Scan the QR code with the Google Authenticator app, enter the code from the app in the field and then click "Enable 2FA".

If you want to remove your 2FA from your account you can head to your Settings page and enter the 2FA code from your authenticator app and click 'Disable 2FA'.

If you have lost access to your 2FA and have also lost your account token then you will need to contact our live support who can help you regain access to your account!
