To withdraw cryptocurrency from Rollbit, click the "Cashier" button at the top of the website, then select the "Withdraw" tab. Here you can choose which cryptocurrency you would like to withdraw.

You will then be able to specify your cryptocurrency address, the amount you wish to withdraw and 2FA if enabled on your account (we strongly recommend it). Once you're happy, click 'Request Withdrawal'.

To withdraw an NFT, head to the "My NFTs" page. Here you can click the 3 dots in the top right of the NFT, then select "Withdraw".

You then enter the receiving ETH address and 2FA code if applicable. Once you're happy, click 'Request Withdrawal'.

For withdrawing an NFT you will need on site balance to cover the gas fee.

If you want to check the status of your withdrawal, you can head to your Withdrawals page where you can view the transaction on the blockchain.

If your withdrawal says to contact support then you should open a live support ticket with our team so they can review this for you.
