If you have deposited Ethereum and have not received your funds after 15 minutes, you can try doing a sweep of your deposit address.

To do this you click "Cashier" then click "Ethereum". This will bring up your Deposit address. Below your deposit address, you will see "Missing ETH deposits? Request deposit address sweep."

After going through this process, please allow 15 minutes for the deposit to be credited. If it's still not credited then open a support ticket so our team can look into this for you.

If you are struggling to find your ETH transaction ID you can try and find it by getting your Rollbit deposit address, going to etherscan.io and searching for your deposit address.

If the deposit you are missing is the most recent one you will see it says "IN" you can then click the "TXN Hash"

This will then take you to the transaction details page. You can then click this button to copy your transaction id and paste it to complete the sweep.

If you have still been unable to get your transaction hash you can get it by contacting your wallet provider.
